We make it from scratch

Yes, each menu item that comes out of our kitchen is made from scratch. Our Executive Chef, Barry Matthews, works tirelessly to keep our menu fresh, delicious and unique. Each week he gives each of you,  whether a regular at the Steam Plant Grill or a newcomer to the restaurant, a chance to try something new. For instance, come this week for dinner and try Barry's Lobster Ravioli. These handmade ravioli is stuffed with Lobster, fresh herbs and ricotta cheese. Or, try the Chipotle Meatloaf at lunch - individually cooked and topped with Scottish Ale Tomato sauce. Whether you are in a hurry or would like to sit, relax and enjoy this historic landmark, we have what you are looking for.To see all of Barry's weekly creations, click on the links below:

Mug Club

It's renewal time! For those of you that we members of our Mug Club in 2006, it is time to renew for the year 2007. You have until the end of the month to renew your spot before it gets turned over to one of the many people we have on a waiting list.

If you look above our bar, you'll see that our Mug Club Membership is growing. Have you reserved your "peg" yet? Your $15 membership entitles you to your very own 22-ounce ceramic mug that we'll clean and store here at the restaurant.  On any visit, any time of any day, just present your membership card to your server and we'll retrieve your mug for you and fill it with one of our award-winning beers for only $2.75. Our standard 23-ounce Stack of beer is $5.00, so you'll quickly get back your membership fee in the savings.

Quote of the Week

You see things; and you say, "Why?" But I dream things that never were; and I say, "Why not?"
