We are talking 300 gallons of Head Brewer Laurie Krause's wonderful Winter seasonal, folks! It is perfectly balanced with malty sweetness and hoppiness. Obscure Holiday Celebration Hot Spot

Not only is the Steam Plant Grill great for all your "nomal" special occasion and holiday celebrations, but we are a great place to celebrate your favorite obscure holiday! Sure, we are in the middle of the "holiday season" and soon to be "walking in a winter wonderland" and we certainly don't want to take the luster off the traditional celebrating. However, we would like to start off this campaign by sharing with you one of our favorite obscure holidays that falls on December 5th...Repeal Day! That's right, on December 5th, 1933 the 18th Amendment was repealed, ending Prohibition.

If not for this fine, fine day, great establishments like yours truly would not be able to manufacture, sell or provide a venue for your consumption of our fantastically fermented brews. So, if you are down here this week, don't forget to raise your glass in a salute of Repeal Day!

Executive Chef Barry Matthews has done it again! That's right, Barry has been voted Culinarian (is that really a word?) of the Year! Of course we can't tell you what organization voted him this honor or even who the participants were, but we sure do feel lucky to have him as our Chef.
