That's right, today really is "No Dirty Dishes Day!" You know we couldn't make this up if we tried! While historical research does not indicate the origins of this most wonderful day, we certainly support one of the implications it carries...eating out! You could put the dishes off till tomorrow, but they'll still need to be done. Or, you could make your children do them, but who wants to put up with the whining? Bring your family down to the Steam Plant Grill and we'll take care of the dishes for you right after we have treated you and yours to a wonderful meal and red carpet service. Coincidentally, it is also "Visit Your Relatives Day", and, even though this wouldn't be as appealing to us, you could celebrate both holidays at the same time.

Maestro's Brew

With the help of the Spokane Symphony’s Eckart Preu, the Coeur d’Alene Brewing Company has created a new Brewer’s Whim...the Maestro’s Brew. Why is the Symphony’s conductor helping out with our brewing?

Simple. A portion of the proceeds of each beer sold at the Steam Plant Grill will in turn be donated to the Symphony. Ask your server for a taste today and support your thirst for great local beer and your local symphony at the same time!
