If you have been down here lately, you have seen ( and maybe even tasted) some of the wonderful items Chef Barry and his staff are putting out on our feature sheet. Don't miss out on today's specials, Pesto Scallop Linguine or Columbia River Steelhead. The linguine is tossed in fresh basil pesto and topped with fresh Pacific coast U-10 scallops that have been dredged in Italian bread crumbs and sauteed with red onions, sliced mushrooms and garlic. The steelhead is lightly seasoned and broiled then drizzled with a blood orange tarragon vinaigrette. This dish is complemented with a lemon Parmesan risotto and oven-roasted vegetables. Specials change daily, so come on down and try one of these delicious dished today.
