In addition to some popular holdovers from our previous Happy Hour, the Steam Plant Grill is eager to annouce the arrival OF some tasty additions to our Happy Hour program. Each day of the week we will be offering something special, in addition to our standard Happy Hour menu. For instance, tonight and every Wednesday we will be offering a Wing Special and our version of Blow the Keg. Whether you are here by yourself and want to order a Slider or two or come in with a group of friends and would like to take advantage of our Sliders and Pitchers special, our Happy Hour is definitely worth checking out.

Imagine our Chef, Barry Matthews...saddled up, leather chaps, 10-gallon hat perched crookedly on his weather-beaten brow and a buffalo gun cradled in the crook of his elbow, ready to go. He's-a-huntin' (no, not rabbit) buffalo. Scary thought? For those of you who know Barry, it might not be far of a stretch to picture THAT scene. Luckily, for the buffalo and the rest of us, we have the buffalo we are using delivered. Featured this week is a delicious cut of ribeye from buffalo raised in Montana, lightly seasoned and topped with a wild mushroom and apple brandy demi glace.
