New Summer Hours & Weekend Lunches

Back | Subscribe

Changes are afoot here at the Steam Plant Grill. Beginning Tuesday, July 6th, we will be keeping the lounge open an hour later every day of the week. During this extra hour of business, we will be offering a late night Happy Hour. We will also be serving lunch on Saturdays and Sundays, opening at 12:00pm, beginnning July 10th...yes, that's a Saturday.

New business hours will be:
SUNDAY: 12:00pm - 10:00pm
MONDAY through THURSDAY: 3:00pm - 10:00pm
FRIDAY: 3:00pm - 11:00pm
SATURDAY: 12:00pm - 11:00pm.

Fourth of July Weekend
Have a safe and happy Fourth of July weekend. We will be keeping regular business hours on Friday and Saturday, but will be closed on Sunday and Monday to celebrate the holiday.

Happy Hour
On Tuesday, July 6th, not only will our hours for Happy Hour change, but Happy Hour itself will be changing. Instead of a different daily special each day of the week, we will be offering half-off all appetizers during Happy Hour. These specials are only available in the lounge, so bring your hunger and your thirst!

Kegs 'O Beer
Don't forget...the Steam Plant Grill is not only an award-winning landmark dining facility, it is also a brewery and your headquarters for kegs and growlers to go. Wehther you are gathering with just a couple of friends or the Class of '99, we offer beer to go in convenient 64 oz, 704 oz and 1984 oz containers. Just give us a call and ask about availability, chances are we can have a keg ready for you on the same day you order it.

Thoughts for the Fourth

A statistician made a few calculations and discovered that since the birth of our nation more lives had been lost in celebrating independence than in winning it.  ~Curtis Billings

Those who expect to reap the blessings of freedom, must, like men, undergo the fatigue of supporting it.  ~Thomas Paine
